Hey so I have a pet chicken named Rose and I also have a dog named Leo. Leo is Rose’s big brother whom she follows everywhere. They eat together, play together, if he leaves her sight she will cry for him, and they even nap together. Thought I’d share.
Sometimes Leo will just sit and stare at me like I’m his whole world. We don’t deserve dogs.
So, sometime late this year, I’ve decided to adopt or buy a Whippet. I talked with my mother about it, and we made a decision on the breed based on our family’s compatibility. We’re definitely looking into Whippet Rescue, and responsible Texan Breeders (only in the event that we can’t find a Whippet to adopt in our area).
