you want the horde to stop being evil? tell blizz to stop making them evil. don’t blame the alliance, don’t twist the lore to make the horde seem good. criticize blizzard so they know they need to cut this bullshit out. otherwise they’re gonna keep doing it.

Friendly reminder that the Horde is endorsing Sylvanas doing the same things Garrosh and the Lich King did. 

(And before anyone tries to defend it: it wasn’t “grey morality” when Arthas did it, it wasn’t “grey morality” when Garrosh did it, and it sure as hell isn’t “grey morality” when the Horde does it. Sod off.)

Considering 2 of these things are said by Sylvanas & the other 2 are said by Sylvanas’ Forsaken and an assassin you really can’t say that it’s representative of the entire Horde’s morality. Like no fucking shit that Sylvanas and the undead are going to approve of their own evil actions

Saurfang is literally the only one who opposes Sylvanas dumping plague on her own troops, literally everyone else say nothing about it. They just let her do it. Even fucking Lor’themar, and half his city was destroyed by plague. Oh, and that’s not even getting into how people like Thalyrssa, Rexxar, Garona and Lor’themar say they’re down to kill the Alliance (Rexxar even fucking attacks a CITY FULL OF CIVILIANS, ““in retaliation.””) In fact I think the only one who doesn’t participate in the genocide is Ji Firepaw, and I’ve a feeling that’s only cause they’re ignoring the Pandaren like they’re ignoring all of MoP.

I’m not saying it’s good writing, I’m saying it’s horrendous writing, that’s why I’m calling it out. But I am absolutely not reaching. 

Not just bad writing. Garona’s lines are…KILLING ME. This is the ORC who gave up her daggers BECAUSE SHE STILL FEELS IMMENSE GUILT OVER KILLING LLANE!!! And even though the comics are non-canon, she had a good relationship with her Uncle, MARAAD.

SHE SHOULDN’T EVEN BE ENDORSING ANY OF THIS. 

And I SWEAR…if they ever forget who Valeera was best friends with and works for and places her with the Horde…I will be DONE.

People who ‘love nature’ but violently hate their native coyotes, spiders, snakes, and scavengers are fake.

Here’s the thing about the post. You don’t have to love or even like every animal. You can dislike things! Humane, intelligent pest control is fine and necessary.  This isn’t the issue and never has been.

It’s violent, blind hatred and hypocrisy that’s the problem. People who gush over foxes and owls and hawks but want coyotes and snakes dead in the next breath. People who will rescue prey from predators because predation is mean. People who find it appropriate to leave sadistic comments on pictures of spiders or snakes someone is appreciating or owns. People who insist on labeling species as ‘good’ or ‘evil’.  This is the sort of behavior that bothers me.

People who only appreciate nature when it’s aesthetically pleasing to them and want to destroy the parts they find ugly and unpleasant don’t truly understand or love it. They love an ideal that isn’t actually representative of reality.
