Seriously, if you think the women of Overwatch aren’t sufficiently dressed for battle, what about the men? Lucio wears a vest, Hanzo wears a tunic that leaves half his torso exposed, Roadhog and Junkrat only wear shorts, and the actual soldier Soldier 76 wears a leather jacket! Overwatch characters dress to impress, NOT for functionality! IT’S A GAME!
And FYI, D. Va is dressed that way because her actual armour is a highly advanced robot that she pilots!
